There is a name you all will need to know for the year 2019 and that name is Sasha Sloan . The incredibly talented singer/songwriter is the artist that will be on my lookout as she releases her own music. Sloan has written for John Legend , Camila Cabello and so many more artists. Her most recent hit was writing "Never Be The Same."

Just one hit of you, I knew I’ll never be the same
The lyrics just blew our mind and the production behind it has made it a radio hit. What was it like writing this song with Cabello? "Camila's an amazing writer," says Sloan, "She knows who she is, knows what she wants to say, I mean I was in the room, I was just helping her write and edit things." Sloan continues to say, "Everything you hear from Camila is coming from her."
When Sloan was asked if she would have liked the song for herself she laughed and said, "The pre-chorus, it goes so high.... Yea, Camila's a way better singer than me, there's now way."
