Today's question: Anytime you’re dealing with “industry firsts” you know it’s going to be a challenge. And that’s what, Imperial Airways attempted to do way back, a century ago… In 1921, they became the first airline to EVER offer a certain AMENITY on board one of their flights.
Keep in mind, back then they had “wicker chairs” for seats and could only fit 10 people to a plane. But it didn’t matter... the passengers loved it… and if you can believe it.... this amenity can still be found on planes TO THIS DAY. What was it?
