Today's question: Almost a hundred years ago... three friends had an idea to create a specific ice cream topping, so for months they worked in a converted garage to perfect their recipe. Once it was done, they were able to sell it to restaurants and soda shops all over the country.
But their story wasn't over. Customers not only liked it as an ice cream topping, but realized that once you added one thing to it, it became an incredible beverage as well.
From there, a ready-to-drink version was made to sell in grocery stores. Sales skyrocketed and history was made. What beverage am I talking about?
