Today’s National Food Truck Day — where we recognize those LITTLE MOBILE RESTAURANTS…. who boldly serve you lobster rolls for ONLY $19 dollars… in a parking lot next to a guy using a fire hydrant as a Urinal. 

But if we’re being honest, Food trucks have come a long way in the last decade — from “absolutely sketchy”.… to “potentially sketchy but I didn’’t get food poisoning!”
