On this day in 1935, Parker Brothers released the most successful board game of all time: MONOPOLY. The ONLY game, where an 8-year-old can become a SLUM LORD… bankrupt his GRANDMA… and send his DAD TO PRISON - all before bedtime!
Over the years, its popularity only increased…. Which led to the release of THOUSANDS of alternate versions: based on famous Movies, Celebrities, Sports Teams….and the weirdest trends you could imagine.
